Terms & Conditions — I am a fully qualified therapist trained in the UK at an exclusive West London private establishment. I pride myself on creating a relaxed, welcoming, and open space for my clients. Because I value your time and absolute privacy, my business operates on a direct, verbal, and record-free basis. By booking a session, you agree to the simple guidelines below. 1. Age Requirement (Over 21s Only): All clients must be 21 years of age or older. I reserve the right to ask for a valid, government-issued photo ID (like a driving licence or passport) before your session begins. If you cannot provide proof of age, the appointment will be cancelled. 2. Mutual Comfort & Boundaries: My treatments are focused on therapeutic well-being, relaxation, and mutual respect. I want every session to feel comfortable and positive for both of us. Anyone who is drunk, untidy, under the influence of drugs, or ill-spoken is strictly not welcome. If at any point the environment stops feeling mutually comfortable, respectful, or appropriate, I reserve the right to end or refuse the session immediately. In these cases, the full booking fee will still apply. 3. Your Health & Verbal Consultation: Your comfort and safety are incredibly important. Because I respect your absolute privacy, I do not store or keep any written medical records, intake forms, or digital consultation notes. Instead, we will do a brief verbal check-in before each session. You are entirely responsible for letting me know about any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health before we begin. If a treatment is not physically safe to proceed, I reserve the right to safely adjust or decline the session. 4. Same-Day Bookings, Fees & Late Arrivals: I operate on a same-day basis, but please give me at least 1 hour's notice to book before your desired arrival time. All fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to protect the slots of clients after you, and the full treatment price will still apply.
